It was a beautiful morning in the south of iceland. The sun comes out only a little bit. During my walk on the beach I found many special ice and I loved it to shot with the small waves.

On the road we found this lovely sloth in the trees. He was very wet because of the very rainy days on the Caribbean coast during our travel. He was very amused to see us.

Puffin on Treshnish Island - Scotland

One of my favorite birds. Many holidays I missed them, because I arrived in the special country to late for the puffins. So 2012 I decided to go to scotland on the right time.  But during this travel many puffins returned to sea, so I was afraid that I can not see the puffins here too. We saw them in different paces but too far away for a shot. But in Treshnish Island I was lucky, there was not many but some of them near for a shot and Alex was happy :-)

The south of Iceland is for me the most exciting place in this country. After a very cold night in the car (-4°C) the morning was very beautiful. Frozen, but the ice took me in trance to got out of the car and took a walk on the sea.

A very exciting, but very cold night. The forecast of the activity of the northern light was very good, so I decided after I arrived in iceland to go to Kirkjusfell and the show was more than good!
